Inexperienced and Untrustworthy

Booked an appointment this Wednesday to view a car on Sunday, phoned up on the Friday to see if I could change the time of the appointment. Was asked what car I was coming to view, only to then be told that they'd sold the car already and that he was going to phone me later to tell me (didn't sound true at all). I was then told I should have left a deposit, something that they didn't even care to mention at the time of booking the appointment. Really shoddy customer service, shows a lack of experience in this business and I would argue deems them unworthy of your trust.
